Parents

Fact File

How does alcohol make people feel?

Just a couple more...
  • The drinker may feel emotional and sentimental, or over-excited
  • They may feel more sensitive, and not their 'usual self'
  • They'll become unco-ordinated as they lose muscular control, and feel wobbly and unbalanced
  • Their senses will be less sharp - they may not be able to see or hear clearly

back to Fact File

It is estimated that 360,000 children aged 11-15 had been drunk in the last week.
